Les Nénuphars, a chalet built in 1889, is nestled in the beautiful Dordogne countryside, offering a peaceful setting perfect for your next getaway. Carefully renovated, it accommodates up to four guests in two bedrooms, with a kitchen, living room, and dining area. Rental conditions: Bed linen and towels: provided. Cleaning: included (guests must leave the property as they found it; otherwise, the owner reserves the right to charge additional cleaning fees, available for an extra fee). Relax and enjoy birdsong each morning, then take a dip in your private pool next to the chalet. Spend your days exploring the surroundings. The nearest village offers a bakery, butcher, bars, restaurants, and various shops. Inside, you’ll find a living room with exposed beams and stone walls. A small, fully equipped kitchen is adjacent. Two separate double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, await you. One bedroom has a king-size bed, the other has two single beds. Each bathroom features a walk-in shower. The property is equipped with fans in the bedrooms and shutters on the windows. The outdoor area includes a summer kitchen, plenty of shaded spots, and a large tree for relaxing beneath. The chalet and bathrooms are easily accessible, with no steps. Outside, a private courtyard offers an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and covered seating on the terrace. A second terrace by the private pool provides a sunny spot to unwind.
